These terms cover your use of mavaai.com, including the free AI tools (Dreamly, Giftly, Coverly and Luckly) and the Threadly custom apparel studio. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

The AI tools

Dreamly, Giftly, Coverly and Luckly produce AI-generated suggestions for entertainment and general information. They are not professional, medical, financial, legal or insurance advice. Coverly explains insurance concepts in general terms; check any decision with your insurer or a licensed agent.

Your designs

When you upload an image or generate artwork in Threadly, you confirm that:

you own the design or have permission to print it, and it does not use anyone else's trademarks, logos, team or league marks, characters, or a real person's name or likeness without permission;
it is not hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.

We review designs before they are printed and may cancel any order that does not meet these rules. Cancelled orders are refunded in full. You keep whatever rights you have in your design; you give us and our print partner permission to use it only to make and ship your order.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item and shipping. The price you see in the order panel is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe, and items are printed and shipped by Printful. See Shipping & returns for delivery times, returns, and what to do if something arrives wrong.

Availability

We may change, pause or discontinue any tool or product. AI-generated results can be inaccurate or unexpected, and we cannot guarantee that the site is always available.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
